EQUIP Leadership Lunches are designed to provide Pastors and Church Leaders the opportunity to network with one another and to grow in their leadership skills. Each month, the CKNB seeks to invite guests to these lunches who serve several different functions...
- Make CKNB pastors and leaders aware of available resources to enhance ministry
- Provide spiritual and emotional support for pastors and church leaders
- Challenge leaders in areas of personal development
- Engage with one another for Kingdom work.

Join us in September as Jeremy Westbook, Executive Director of the Ohio Baptist Convention, will be our guest.
Jeremy will talk with us about the new NAMB Leadership Library and how churches can engage with this new resource to enhance ministry and mission. The NAMB Leadership Library is a new online resource which will help to spread awareness of NAMB projects, recruit invovlement and equip your church membrers to live life on mission.
