2026 Laborers’ Conference Coming to Lexington's Baptist Church At Andover Oct. 1–4

LEXINGTON, Ky. — The Baptist Church at Andover will welcome pastors, podcasters, Bible teachers and fellow believers from several states this fall as the 2026 Laborers’ Conference comes to Lexington Oct. 1–4.

The four-day gathering is sponsored by the Truth in Love Network, a ministry that brings together Christians from different backgrounds and theological traditions around a shared commitment to Scripture and the gospel. The network says its purpose is to proclaim the unifying doctrines of the Christian faith while encouraging believers to approach secondary disagreements with “charity and respect.”

This year's event marks the fourth annual Laborers’ Conference, following conferences held each year since 2023. The conference website includes information and material from the previous three annual gatherings, as well as a Spring 2026 event.

Organizers describe the Truth in Love Network as a group of men—including pastors and podcasters—from different states who share a desire to glorify God and encourage the local church. The network grew out of the Truth in Love Podcast and today brings pastors and podcasters together to minister through teaching, podcasts and conferences. Its ministries include The Laborers’ Podcast, which features men from differing backgrounds discussing biblical truth with the goal of helping Christians grow in their knowledge, understanding and application of God's Word.

A Full Weekend of Teaching and Fellowship

The 2026 conference will be held at The Baptist Church at Andover in Lexington. The conference is scheduled for Oct. 1–4, with the main slate of teaching sessions taking place Friday and Saturday and a Sunday morning service concluding the weekend.

The current schedule lists speakers including Robert Canipe, John Anderson, Jerry Duckworth, Troy Dickerson, Tyler Noe, Deonte Walters, John Jones, Jonathan Foster, Jacob Tanner and Claude Ramsey, with Michael Shultzscheduled for the Sunday morning service. Friday's scheduled sessions begin with registration at 8 a.m. and continue through the afternoon, concluding with a question-and-answer session. Saturday likewise begins with registration at 8 a.m. and features a full day of teaching, followed by an Eschatology Round Table. Among the announced presentations is Jacob Tanner's session, “A Trinitarian Tapestry: The Tri-Unity of God as the Basis for Christian Unity.” Organizers note that the schedule remains subject to change.

The conference reflects a central emphasis of the Truth in Love Network: Christians can hold meaningful differences on secondary theological matters while remaining united around the essential truths of the faith. The network says its members come from diverse traditions and theological perspectives but share a high view of Scripture as authoritative and sufficient for the life, doctrine and mission of the church.

Beyond its conferences, the network produces a variety of podcast series and biblical discussions covering subjects including the doctrines of grace, eschatology, healthy churches and books of the Bible. The ministry says its broader goals include sharing the gospel, teaching Scripture, addressing questions facing churches, supporting pastors and churches and promoting unity among believers.
