Life in ministry is incredibly rewarding, but it can also be uniquely challenging, especially for the spouses who stand alongside those serving the church. The demands are constant, the expectations high, and the rhythm of church life can often leave ministry wives feeling isolated and unseen.
That's why the Kentucky Baptist Convention is thrilled to announce the return of the Ministry Wives Summer Meet-Ups! This special event is designed with you in mind, offering a much-needed opportunity to fellowship, network, and encourage one another in a truly understanding environment.
Imagine a safe haven where everyone "gets it"—the late-night calls, the unexpected demands, the joys and the heartaches of ministry life. This is a place where you can laugh, cry, and share openly with women who truly understand your unique journey.
This year, to make it even more accessible, the Meet-Ups will be held at 10 convenient locations across the state! For those of you connected with CKNB churches, your nearest location will be Immanuel Baptist Church in Lexington. We're excited to announce that Cheryl Edmondson will be serving as your welcoming site host at Immanuel.
Mark your calendars! These refreshing evenings will begin at 6:30 PM on July 14th.
