Versailles Baptist & CKNB to Partner For Catalyst: A 3-Night Event For Youth Featuring Shaq Hardy

Get Ready for Catalyst: A High-Energy Event for Youth (and Everyone!) This August!

Mark your calendars! Something exciting is coming to Woodford County this August that you won't want to miss. Versailles Baptist, in partnership with the Central Kentucky Network of Baptists (CKNB), is set to bring together middle and high school students – and the wider community – for three evenings of fellowship, fun, and powerful worship.

From Sunday, August 10th to Tuesday, August 12th, the new Woodford County High School auditorium will be buzzing with activity. Each evening kicks off at 6:00 PM with "Food & Games" -- a "tailgate" style experience, designed to foster a vibrant atmosphere of connection and camaraderie before the main event. It's the perfect opportunity to grab some food, enjoy some friendly competition, and simply hang out with friends old and new.

Following the pre-worship festivities, at 7:00 PM, the Worship in the Auditorium will begin. This year, Catalyst is honored to welcome Shaq Hardy, President of "Orphan No More," as the guest speaker. Prepare to be inspired and uplifted by his message!

The Central Kentucky Network of Baptists is deeply committed to supporting youth leaders in our community and will be playing a significant role in this partnership. They will be actively involved throughout the event, meeting with youth leaders before each evening's activities to provide valuable resources and foster collaboration. They are also exploring the possibility of hosting a special "lunch and learn" session with Shaq Hardy on either Monday or Tuesday for youth leaders, offering an exclusive opportunity for deeper engagement and insight.

While the primary focus of Catalyst is to engage and empower middle and high school students, the event is open to the public. So, whether you're a student, a parent, a youth leader, or simply looking for an inspiring evening out, you're invited to join in the Catalyst experience.
